1. Call your insurance company.
2. On your insurance company’s website, navigate to the “Locate a Doctor” or “Find a Physician” feature.
3. Using the “Locate” or “Find” feature, search for us by: Epifania Caturay, M.D., Mai Tran, M.D., Samuel Sheng, D.O.
Sometimes verifying your insurance can be tricky, especially after the introduction of the Affordable Health Care Act.
Remember, even though your insurance company may state that we accept your insurance, we may NOT accept your specific plan. It’s always best to contact your insurance company if you are unsure.
